By renting and using this venue, the renter and all guests agree to follow the rules and conditions listed below.
Responsibility of the Renter
The renter is fully responsible for the conduct of all guests attending the event. Any violation of these rules by guests will be considered the responsibility of the renter.
Care of the Property
All guests must respect the venue property. Damaging furniture, walls, floors, equipment, decorations, or facilities is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness Requirement
The venue must be kept reasonably clean during and after the event. All trash must be disposed of properly, and food or drinks should not be left on tables, floors, or outdoor areas.
Supervision of Children
Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. Running, climbing on furniture, or unsafe activities are not permitted inside the venue.
Noise and Community Respect
Guests must maintain reasonable noise levels and respect neighboring properties. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in the event being stopped.
Event Time Limit
The event must begin and end within the agreed rental time. All guests must vacate the premises by the scheduled end time.
Parking Regulations
Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. Blocking entrances, driveways, or emergency exits is strictly prohibited.
Smoking, Alcohol, and Illegal Activities
Smoking inside the venue is not permitted. Alcohol is only allowed if approved by the venue and must comply with local laws. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Decorations and Setup
Decorations are allowed only with prior approval. No tape, nails, staples, or adhesives may be used on walls, ceilings, or furniture without permission.
Security Deposit
A security deposit will be collected prior to the event. The deposit will be returned after the event once the venue has been inspected and no damage has been found.
Damage and Repair Costs
If any damage occurs to the venue, furniture, equipment, or property, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the renter agrees to pay the remaining balance.
Right to Terminate Event
The venue owner reserves the right to end the event if these rules are violated, if illegal activity occurs, or if the property is being misused.
